Sector 9 Mini Shaka

We're back with another review. Today we're going to talk about the Sector 9 Mini Shaka. The Mini Shaka is an all around fun free ride board. It comes in at 40.25 inches long and 10 inches wide. The slides on this board so far have been unexpectedly nice. It has an almost effortless kick out for a smooth 180 slide. The one con to the board, has to be the hight. It is very high off the ground giving it an uncomfortable first few slides. Once you get adjusted, and comfortable with the board, the slides will feel just fine! Remember to always wear your safety gear! Bustin Maestro Mini V2

Today's review goes out to Bustin's Maestro Mini V2 a board made from 8 plies of Canadian Maple.
It's a very short board coming in at 34 inches long, 8.75 inches wide and a 20.75 inch wheelbase. The length of the board has it's positives and negatives. On the positive side, it is very responsive for quick carves, and is easily lifter for tricks such as shove its. The negative side of the boards length is that, it is very difficult to do any dancing whatsoever. I found that for lighter and smaller people the board is great for sliding as it is so much smaller that it takes less effort to swing yourself around. All in all the board is what I like to call a do everything board, it can start as just a commuter, or you can whip out some awesome slides!Remember to always wear your safety gear! Santa Cruz Shred Till Dead Cruiser

Our third review goes to, Santa Cruz Shred Till Dead Cruiser.
This board is mainly for just cruising around and not much more. It is constructed by 8 plies maple wood, and drop through trucks for easier carving. It has 72mm 70a Road Rider black wheels. The wheels for this board are below average for sliding, but will get the job done, and are excellent for just cruising around. The trucks on this board are 180mm raw silver Road Rider trucks. The over all length of the board is 40 inches and with a width of 10 inches. The board is very stable, and comfortable to ride around on. One of the flaws this board has is it chips and cracks very easily, so you have to be very careful with it. Another flaw this board has the wheels, when you slide with these wheels they can split easily if they aren't broken in yet. Overall I think its a great cruising board and is not meant for tricks, or it will chip and crack. Remember to always wear your safety gear! Butterballs

Hello again, for our second review we will be talking about the Sector 9 Butterballs.
The   Butterballs come in both 65mm and 70mm (both in 80a). The Butterballs are most likely the most popular sliding wheels made by Sector 9. Butterballs have a sweet buttery slide and really do leave a good amount of thane! They are great for any board, as they can slide and just cruise around just as well. All around the Butterballs are a great everyday wheel without many flaws. However as all things are not perfect, the Butterballs do have a fault. The problem is that the wheels will not have that same buttery slide until the initial film is worn down. Before the film is worn down the slides can be unpleasant as they can make a lot of noise and skip as you slide. Do not let this time displease you! Once you have your Butterballs broken in they will finally have that sweet sliding and thane leaving wheel you paid for! Remember to always wear your safety gear! Sector 9 Dropper

Hello everyone, today we're going to start off with some reviews.                                                         Today we will be talking about the Sector 9 Dropper. This is one of our favorite free ride boards from Sector 9. The Dropper is made of 8 plies of cold pressed maple wood. It is 41.8 inches long and 9.6 inches wide. It also has a 28.875 inch wheel base. It is equipped with broad shoulders at each end for better foot control when sliding. It's the perfect board for your everyday sliding and commuting. The board's concave mixed with the extra coarse grip tape makes it perfect for whipping out some awesome downhill slides. We personally love the double kicks, although it is a longer board it continues to kick up lightly. Also, the symmetrical aspect of the board is key for your 180 degree slides, so you can continue on riding. Remember to always to wear your safety gear! Let us know in the comments what you think!
